Hopefully this is the start of you really improving your indoor training experience. Below is an image showing you how to connect the Kickr Core (picture shown is Zwift Hub but trainers fit the same) Trainer to your Realplate rocker plate. Very simple, just offer your trainer onto the Realplate and secure the front left and rear right leg using the supplied straps.
